When I was doing my environment artwork I tried my best to blend my colors for the water so it could look more realistic but it didn't turn out the way I thought it would but I still think it looks good, I mean I tried my hardest. This artwork was probably a little more difficult for me because when I was using the black for the whale it was hard not trying to get the black on the rest of my paper and messing it up, But In the end I still enjoyed doing the environment project.
My artistic collaborate I had a friend help me fix my pitch pot because the pot started to make a hole at the bottom and I asked for help to fix it I had some trouble in the beginning because I'm not good with clay especially with my long finger nail they kept on messing up the pot so I asked a friend to help while I helped them to.
I solved my problems with the hole in the pitch pot by getting more clay and putting it on the bottom to smooth it out and to make it thicker so it won't make a hole at the bottom anymore. I also did it again because the pitch pot kept on sticking to the table most of the time. I developed art making skills by learning how to work with clay and learning how to put the pitch pot together without it falling apart. I also put designs on the sides so it won't just look like a pot with eyes and a tonge.
I took risks by putting eyes on the top even though I knew my pitch pot would sink down a bit by pushing the eyes down so it could stick and not fall off or mess up.
